  What are thoughts? And how they are building up? These two questions always take a bit larger part in our behavior while performing our jobs in organization. The upper two lines are also building up a thought into the mind of some people that; how thoughts influences our daily routine especially for job persons. First of all we need to understand here that we are not only ones who potentially taking part in building up our thoughts. Yes, this is true; most of the people are from the ones who always only utilize someone to thinks on their matters and exerting their ideas to making a decision from them. In my opinion, this is wrong, if the decision pertains to us we should have to move out from our comfort zone and play our own game. Motivate yourself.

 The negativity always attracts human beings the most. So we always move towards the negative factors easily, what are the main factors in demotivating us ? The negativity our mind perceives is the main factor that demotivates us and we are the ones who demotivate ourselves, instead of others. Our mind memorizes the negativity for the long period. Survey your mind I am damn sure you found negative stuff in a lot of quantity and try to search out positivity you lost somewhere and only think and found a little bit after analyzing.  If I pass the question here that, what will change your mind and make a barrier in the factors which motivates you? In my opinion "YOU" are the ones who best replace the kinds of stuff of your mind from negative to positive. Always try to comprehend positivity even from negative dialogues/conversations/talks. I mean to say always try to perceive the things in a positive way instead to get them into negative.   Motivate yourself, not wait for anyone t
